HOPPER SCALE

Our Hopper Scale is used to weigh material of grain such as paddy, corn, bean, etc. it is normally used for the input of milling line.

The scale operates in accordance with the principle of load-cell; the control panel can be linked with a computer.

PADDY PRE-CLEANER

Our Paddy Pre-Cleaner uses screens to separate foreign matter such as straw, rubbish, wood, large stone, string, sand, etc. out of paddy.

The machine is designed with a drum on top to collect large foreign-matter and two layers of screen to eliminate small foreign-matter.

RICE CLEANER

Our Rice Cleaner uses screens to separate foreign matter such as straw, rubbish, wood, large stone, string, sand, etc .... out of rice.

The machine is designed with inclined screens oscillating crosswise.

PADDY HUSKER

Our Paddy Husker uses two rubber rolls turning oppositely at different speeds.

BRAN SIEVE - HUSK ASPIRATOR

We have two Husk Aspirator Models:

They use currents of air going round inside the machine to blow through the curtain of falling rice-grains in order to separate husk out of brown rice.

PADDY SEPARATOR

The Paddy Separator is used to separate paddy mixed in brown rice, which is used in the rice milling line.

The machine has a sensor for inlet material and a speed controller.

RICE WHITENING TESTER

Our Rice Whitening Tester is used to abrade brown rice into whitened rice in order to test the quality of inlet brown rice after going through the machine.

SMALL WHITENING MACHINE

Our smaller Whitening Machine is a horizontal type that uses screens and metal roller to abrade rice grains.

This machine is consistent with round and short grains.

The machine with small dimensions and capacity is suitable for small rice milling facilities.

DESTONER

Our Destoner is designed in accordance with the differences between the density of stone, grit and the density of paddy or rice, by using a screen with slanted flanges that move back and forth. This combined with air jets going through the holes of the screen separates stone and grit mixed in paddy or rice.

VIBRATING DESTONER

Our Vibrating Destoner is designed in accordance with the differences between the density of stone, grit and the density of paddy or rice, by using a screen with slanted flanges that move back and forth and is combined with a current of exhaust-air from the

exhauster and a cyclone to separate stone and grit mixed in paddy or rice.

RICE POLISHING MACHINE

Our Rice Polishing Machine is designed with rollers, screens and a water spray to make rice clean, white and shiny.

RICE COOLING MACHINE

Our Cooling Machine is used for cooling material and reducing moisture inside material lightly.

This machine uses an exhauster and horizontally parallel inverted V-formed channels to distribute natural air passing through the rice.

GRAIN DRYER

Our Tower-Shape Dryer is specifically used to dry agricultural products. The system uses horizontally parallel invert­ed V-formed channels of "distributing hot air" and "discharging humid air" so as to keep hot air passing through the

material and to take out waste water.

Humid air, after passing through the dust filters, will be discharged out of the system; the waste air, therefore, will be clean and friendly to the natural environment. The heat power supplied to the system can be taken directly from a husk furnace, charcoal burner, oil burner ... or indirectly from a boiler with a radiator, etc.

HUSK FURNACE

The husk furnace burns husk to supply heat for agriculture product dryers. The furnace is in the shape of a vertical cylinder. It’s cover is made of steel which is designed to prevent heat from escaping. The inside of the furnace is built with fireproof bricks.

ROTARY SIFTER

Our Rotary sifter is used to separate broken rice by using stainless steel woven screens with different sizes of square holes. Each screen has its own size of holes in order to separate different sizes of broken rice

LENGTH GRADER

Our Length grader is used for separating broken rice mixed in rice.

The drum made of stainless steel is a cylinder that is assembled by two semi-circles; the internal side of the drum has indents with suitable sizes for different sizes of broken rice that need to be taken out.

RICE MIXER

Our Rice Mixer is used to evenly mix the mixture of vitamin-dyed rice with white rice. The drum is made of stainless steel, has a cylindrical shape. Inside the drum, there are wings the function of which is to mix the grains passing them while the drum turning round.

THICKNESS GRADER

Our Thickness Grader is used to separate the thin grains mixed in finished rice. The drum is made of stainless steel and has rectangle-shaped holes suitable for the standard thickness of rice grains. When the drum turns round, rice moves all along the length of the drum so that the small thin rice grains will be taken out.

Our Shutter scale is used for weighing granular materials such as paddy, rice, coffee, beans, etc. and powder materials such as rice bran.
